When posting a vehicle, you guarantee that you are the legal owner or have authorization to sell it. All information provided must be accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to remove listings that violate our policies.

5. Prohibited Conduct

It is prohibited to: post false or misleading information, engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, post illegal or inappropriate content, and manipulate the platform's system.

6. Limitation of Liability

AutoVentaCR is not responsible for the accuracy of listings, transactions between users, damages arising from the use of the platform, or disputes between buyers and sellers.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance of the new terms.
